Financial statements and 990s
Counterpart uses external auditors to review financial statements in accordance with Generally Accepted Auditing Standards and the Office of Management and Budget Uniform Guidance. After the audit report is reviewed and approved by Counterpart’s Board of Directors, it is made available to donors.
